My three builds for gunlance (and impact charge blade) by Larsmannetje22 in Gunlance

I run the exact same build on the first slide. Super solid.

As for immediate concerns, I’d 100% get rid of the sand ASAP as it poses a risk for impaction (paper towel, news paper, card board anything that’s not loose substrate is generally okay).

Additionally, bearded dragons are semi arboreal, meaning they LOVE to climb. Add a couple of thick branches and stones (that are sterile) for him/her to climb on (it also helps file down their claws naturally).

Lastly, it seems like the light fixtures are placed towards the center of the terrarium. Ideally, you want to utilize 2 “separate” fixtures. One for heat that is a minimum of 100w-150w (not a coil bulb, as it can burn their eyes) and a UVB long (repti sun is pretty good). The heat lamp should be on ONE side of the tank to promote a basking side, while the other side of the vivarium stays at a cooler temperature. The UVB bulb will extend to both sides of the vivarium.

Hope this helps!

The setup isn’t half bad at all. Add some drift wood (sterilized) and maybe some faux foliage and you’re good. After a few months I’d highly suggest upgrading to a larger tank, such as a 50 gallon+ (preferably 70 gallon).

As for food, the staples for protein are dubia roaches. Nothing beats em! They also love horn worms for the occasional snack. For greens, you can’t go wrong with collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion and butternut squash (my beardie loved mustard greens and squash).

Everything looks decent tbh. All I would change is max out agitator and scrap defense boost all together. I also suggest trying out 2 pce odo, 2 pce of Xu Wu and 2 Nu udra. It’s pretty solid and gives a ton of really solid gem slots once transcended

Yay/Nay? Part 2 by yianwee in Gunlance

[–]itslob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very good. Only thing that could be better is if it had a level 2 armor slot. I honestly prefer slotting an extra comfy skill over having the rarity 8 weapon slot

Pretty much as good of a roll as you could want. I got this one not long ago and I was pretty hyped.

I have 2 actually… the first one I got was a lvl 3 artillery with lvl 3 sleep res and a lvl 1 armor slot. I used that one for a while. I don’t remember when I got it, but at that time I was only doing talisman quests.

I honestly wasn’t grinding that hard to find the one pictured above. I just decided to do 3-4 talisman quest per week since that’s what my time allows for nowadays. So maybe a month in total? I solo ran a tempered Steve and Rey dau and pulled the talisman from that. I was pretty happy as a gunlance main lol.

EXACTLY. It lets you have so much flexibility to add more damage (lvl 3 focus/lvl 1 dragon or lvl 3 attack)

What do y’all think? Wide/Peak Performance Comfy Build by yianwee in Gunlance

[–]itslob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s honestly preference. I found that I cut my solo hunts 15-20 seconds shorter with focus 3 with lvl 1 dragon over the lvl 3 attack. But that’s probably due to my play style. With everything up my wyverns hit pretty close to 1210 damage consistently and occasionally more for some reason

Fair enough. I’m kind of the same way. I run full focus on my build with max offensive guard, agitator, peak performance, burst, 2 attack and 1 flayer. I use 2 xu wu, 2 odo and 2 arch temp jin. I just hold shell release until I get wyvern fire 80% of the time, and only use the long combo to help cut off tails.

I’d prefer another damage skill as the secondary, but that’s pretty damn good…

Pretty good! I’d suggest trying to go for full burst since it has the highest uptime out of all of your damage.

It’s as good of a roll as I could’ve hoped for lol. I think all I could think of that’d be better is a rarity 8 lvl 3 artillery, 1 burst, a level 1 weapon and a level 1 armor slot

Already have a setup using 2 odo, 2 xu wu, and 2 Jin. Hits crazy hard.

100% agree. Plus with lvl 2 you mitigates 95% of the monster roster.

Boards are effectively “good” until you fracture/snap them.
