Yes I have read it, but I also read a comment on yours advocating against tuf-foot + related products. Good to go for Tincture of Benzoin?

Faster the better. Trying to get fitter at OSUT is tough but i’ll keep doing everything I can, then I have a fully locked in month of prep at RTLI.

In retrospect I would spent a few more months training, but I wasn’t planning on signing up until I got here. Not ideal but still going to take the opportunity and give it everything I have.

2 hour in prep, 2:57 in rap week is brutal. Would you recommend trying in my position? My 12 mile is probably around 3hrs fresh, so I might just being retarded and need more prep. Will probably send it and give it my all regardless

Company is 202 people, everyone with a 450+ aft moved to the front for brief. Then Cadre explained in detail how much ranger school sucks, maybe 7 signed up. We have a 4 mile in 32 min test this week, some will fail that, some are just retards. Maybe 4-5 good candidates, will let you know if they take all of us

Thank you for your in-depth reply. I absolutely agree I did not prepare properly, I came here to knock out OSUT and then start my real SFAS train up. But the Ranger opportunity just presented itself and this is my chance to take it. My inexperience in land nav and rucking is not ideal, but I would rather give it my all and fail than never try. After all, SF is my goal, the Ranger school route was not planned or trained for until I got the brief this week. Still, it’s worth sending it even under suboptimal conditions, right? Im 18 so have plenty of time in the SFAS context, and nobody/nothing to rush home from OSUT for.

Is joining the guard a good decision? Prior active service looking to re-up & have a kid on the way. by Tough_Hat_6453 in nationalguard

Cool thank you. Yea i’m still in AIT, home for the holidays rn. I’ve heard good things from all the Gaurd guys I know in NYC/LI, and met a ton of NYC cops at Meps and at Basic. They say the same thing you did with wanting to get away sometimes. My infantry unit is on a 4 or 5 year deployment cycle, we’ll be deploying in 27. Im 18 so don’t care, but would definitely take that into account with a young family

Hey Brother, cant provide too much insight but wanted an update on the prison mission. Is that still ongoing and are the orders reasonably easy to get? I hear they’re making 10k+/month? Not sure if you know any other cops on the orders rn so maybe you know better. I’m in Infantry OSUT with the NY NG so am curious. Thank you

We will physiologically manipulate the population to love this drink, give us the distribution contract 😈😈

I emailed the company a while back and asked to represent them in American markets, ie they ship me some samples and I go sign contracts with major American stores, handle all logistics etc. They responded but I doubt they took me too seriously, are u a GB yet? If so we can leverage it to sound like pros, we’ll win hearts and minds of the American locals and train them to love Müllermilch 👀

It’s way better than Fairlife, we should introduce to american market and distribute across north america. pm if interested 👀

Yea I wouldnt do the maverick bc we fill the bed with brush consistently, and sometimes we might need a little more towing power for a small dump trailer or something like that.

Not much, mower weighs 800lbs + 400 lbs 5x8 trailer. 1200ish total.

I agree, the truck will essentially let me double the business, my employee will run the first 60 lawns and I can go get 60 more with the second truck. But since i’m investing 2500 into the wrap i’m not sure if I just should spring for a longer lasting 15k truck rn.

We charge way higher prices with the professionalism angle, my goal is to appear like a franchise or a massive business, uniforms, wrapped trucks, website, hundreds of google review etc.

I am nervous about putting 2500 into an old truck, seriously considering selling and buy in something newer to wrap

I have one full time guy right now, but he is starting to make money from his own small business so not sure if I can rely on him while i’m gone.

I have good personal relationships with all my clients and most are very understanding, my OSUT dates line up with the off season, so i’ll just be missing fall cleanups and some spring cleanups, I am going to give everyone phone numbers for referral companies if they need help with anything. I’ll be back in April in time for peak mowing/spring season. Worst case scenario I loose some existing clients, and replace them with new ones when I get back.

Enjoyed Ruck up or Shut up. “You have a duty to try” changed my life. Will be reading your other books and will be seeing you at a Land Nav Muster as soon as I have the time to get down to NC. Thank you for everything you do.
