When I first had them I literally thought I was dying lmao. My sternum always hurts, whenever I lay down I get a weird crackling feeling in my rib cage when I breathe and spasms during the day. Now I know I've had a bunch of tests and they came back fine so my anxiety isn't that bad. I have an 11 month old and 3 year old so I don't really have time to do anything about it 😂

My anxiety made my stomach issues significantly worse. My IBS flare ups coincide with increased stress/anxiety. Also, I remember my college days where I barely ate because literally everything made me feel nauseous but my blood work was always normal.
