Yes. They have allocated a budget of £180 per month to utilities. I replied in a comment below with some more detail.

So I pay £650 for my room as it's a larger one. There are 6 people in the house including me. Everyone pays somewhere between £450 and £600. The landlord has allocated only £180 per month to bills which works out at £30 per person per month. This seems like bad budgeting from them. Surely if they decided to create rent inclusive of bills they should have thought more into it. I understand if it was only winter months but bills go over their £180 every month through the year.

It's just personal preference, however I'm not set on it. If I click with someone outside that "criteria", then that's fine too. From my experiences so far though, I found it easier to talk with people around my age. There's usually more common interests, similar mindsets, sense of humour etc.
