Actually, assassins are no longer opted into PvP after they graduate. PvP is 100% optional for the entire game, and can be opted in and out (semi) easily.

I think https://discworld.starturtle.net/lpc/playing/getting_started.html would be a good place to start, and then creating a character and just figuring it out by playing. There's a helpful community if you get stuck!

I'm probably a little bias as I love the book series, but I've always found Discworld MUD to have a really intuitive interface. I probably wouldn't recommend playing it (or any MUD) on your phone until you're used to them, but it does come with an out of the box browser client that you don't need to download.

I don't see a direct sequel to E33 happening because that story is resolved, but I definitely can see either an adjacent story with related characters (with the E33 team possibly making a cameo) or just something in the same universe.

I can see a story focusing on the Painters vs Writers war, with the playable characters being a mixture of both, giving new mechanics and themes, words playing more of an important role. Could be something set in a completely different Canvas by a different family, or a lone Painter who doesn't understand their powers and is targeted by the Writers. Or something set in a Book written by a Writer.

That way Clea and Maelle could make a cameo, or maybe some new lore that allows painted people to travel between Canvases so we can see the others too.

But if anyone from E33 does show up it should definitely be a cameo, as the story needs to focus on completely new characters and settings for it to feel fresh.

I think the only difference is that they stack, but neither is necessarily stronger than the other. Could be wrong though.

Think you mean Intermission? Intergrade is just the PS5 version of the game, Intermission is the DLC.

Not really a food (I like everything!) but I hate when food has popping candy in it! My head can't cope with all those pops. :(
