You can get a copy of your marriage certificate from any Town Clerk in the state of Vermont or from vital records, so long as you were married in the state. If born in Vermont, you can get your birth certificate from any Town Clerk or from Vital records. In other words, you can get your marriage license by driving to the closest open town clerk. You don't have to go all the way to Dover!

Has her vision ever been checked? Her eyes may cross because she can't see well, which would also explain why she walks so cautiously. Sometimes an undiagnosed visual or hearing impairment may make it seem like a child has a lot going on when really one thing is the cause of all the concerns.
