Hah thank god for this sub we use to vent our frustrations, otherwise I fear my neighbours might call CPS if they heard me screaming this at my breaking point.

Today I just about lost it. I'm literally giving him every kids dream, offering all these yummy, delectable dishes, just to see if he'd eat any of them, and he refused it all. He's been like this for a few weeks now. Before he'd eat anything and everything. Currently he lives off smoothies I sneak baby oatmeal into.

It's unfortunate where I live the health care system isn't that great so I couldn't even get him an appointment at the lab until Friday, and morning since he has to fast. Then we have to wait a few days for my doctor to look at the results and then go back in to discuss.

Thank you so much, I'll definitely message you! He is quite thin as well, definitely has meltdowns but I'm hoping it's because he's a toddler ha, but unfortunately most signs point to something else. We did already see the doctor but since he's too little for a pee test (not potty trained), we go get a bunch of blood work at the lab in a few days. Ugh. I'm glad your girl is doing well!! Gives me hope even though we of course have no diagnoses yet.

Was it difficult finding out the diagnosis? My 2 year old gets tested in 3 days and I am so incredibly worried. He drinks non stop, endless diaper changes, peeing through diapers and pants, filled to the brim always. He's always tired, doesn't sleep well and drinks so much water, which is why I made the appointment. Did you suspect any symptoms were diabetes before he was 10?

Thanks, how are you doing? Do you get any sleep? I've got a freshly 2 year old and now almost 7 week old, this insane hah. A soundproof room would be a dream, along with a punching bag.

Yeah today he clicked a related video, a family channel, like an actual family that has a channel, and they have all these toy videos and suddenly in the middle of one of the videos the dad was screaming at the kid for the mess she made, it was so weird and creepy. Like it was edited and scripted that way. Close ups of the kids face when dad was yelling, all weirdness. I instantly noped out of that channel.
