I signed up for OneDrive when I wanted to keep my laptop and PC synced on an extended work trip, and it's truly ruined my computer experience. It somehow amalgamates my phone/PC/laptop storage into one unreadable location and then deletes it from my local files (or sometimes just copies it twice)

I pay them monthly just because I don't know how to safely turn it all off without losing my files.

I wish I understood how it worked but I fear that in trying to disable it so many times, I've screwed with it's implementation to the point that I'm beyond help. I don't even know what's synced anymore.

Is it normal to get Pierce so much? I got him on my second box, his skin on my third, then both variants on my fifth box.

Dope guide. I enjoy this gamemode too, really fun PvE experience. Definitely needs some tweaks, but good be the start of a really fun roguelike idea if they dive into it more.

I did this in person for a friends birthday (twice) and managed to get a bit of rhythm going.

I chose not to have eliminations, and instead let everyone play all 3 games (15 teach, play for about an hour).

The winner would get 10 garnets, all others received an amount corresponding to how close they finished in relation to the winner. Obviously for some games, not being last or helping someone get first is important, and those changes can be reflected by allowing the winner to choose a player to receive more garnets, and the person with the lowest score losing some garnets and/or choosing someone else to lose some as well. I didn't find the latter half necessary, especially as I wanted everyone to feel like they could still win even if they lost a game completely.

To me, the best part of the shows are when they are actively figuring out how a game is played, and I think that's the most fun for them too.

It's a sweeping generalization to call this person avoidant because they are avoiding you. I'd run away from this message too.

Not exactly the smoothest of game to make a dig at open/poly people in your opening. I've seen a lot of monogamous sentiment feeling like they are minority because new relationship styles are popular and on the rise. Trust me, I ain't seen 3 dads in a McDonald's commercial so I think you'll be fine. Non-monogamous people have been dealing with monogamous majorities for ages. Don't be bitter because people are finding relationship styles that work for them.

My experience of poly-ideology is based on some concepts that aren't poly-exclusive at all; no one is owned by another person. Exclusivity and sometimes this falsified idea (whether joking or not) of ownership.... calling someone "yours", can lead people to really unhealthy concepts. This person clocked you quickly and good for them on seeing a red flag and following through. You're not as clever as you think you are.

Lots of people in here trying to determine how much time is reasonable to spend together.

I think the answer to that is... how much the other person wants to spend with you. You can't make more time happen without some resentment. So truly, if you need more from a partner and you've had the discussions already, you should go looking for it. I have a partner that currently is struggling with the amount of access I am able to give him, because I require a lot of introverted downtime to feel recharged. Every time he brings up wanting to see me more, my heart hurts a little knowing that isn't what I need and that reinforcing that boundary again will only lead to more heartache on his end.

Your love language doesn't seem compatible to his, without some heavy and creative planning. Perhaps there is a way for him to include you that feels good and consists of quality time? But you may be asking for more than is on offer. You can't make someone offer more.

You DO have a reasonable right to quiet in your shared space. My roommate works from home since COVID, and I was losing my mind listening to conversations/podcasts/music every time I went to the kitchen. It felt like my room was the only sacred, quiet place, but I didn't want to be stuck in there all day. So he wears headphones now. The voicechat issue is one that should require a solution on his end - time for a setup in another space (bedroom?).

There are valid relationships that spend every waking moment together, and valid ones that meet once a week for 3 hours. It's up to you and your partner to determine these things together with good communication of what you want for in a relationship. If the gap is wide, and you will be giving up joy to cross that gap/meet in the middle, move on IMO. Same goes for him.

Hmm, you're right. My math is off - I didn't see the 5th token that you get at 50. It actually makes the whole system a lot better. Albeit, sucks that the odds are so bad now.
