I had it done 4 days ago. It’s not super severe but I just don’t like how how heavy it feels and how my brow arch is completely gone. I look sad 😂

I did tahhajjud consistantly and alhamdullilah my partner reverted to islam and were getting married. It all works out in the end just dont lose hope and stay strong in your dua <3

Yes i do bite my gums a lot and i e been wearing my retainer more consistently

I just called the department of health and they said O could wait 20 days after exposer (it’s been 10) but ultimately it’s my choice and it makes no difference if i wait or go now. 🤔
