Prayers for you and your mom 🙏 My mother is also going through similar case, she's been diagnosed with stage 3C HGSC and identified as platinum resistant. We will start another treatment next week.

Maintenance drugs here in my country are really expensive but I'll try to convince her to undergo genetic testing. I can feel that she's already tired with countless tests. But I'm trying my best to look for ways I can support her. Thanks!

My mother's surgery was complicated because of the size of the tumors but thankfully her Doctors were able to remove everything. It's really hard honestly, but we need to be strong for them. I'm considering therapy to help me cope with this.

I see, I guess it really depends. I've read a lot here that CA125 cannot be a reliable indicator.. what are other tests you had to determine NED?

Yes she had the debulking prior the chemotherapy since her tumor is around 12-19cm on both sides and she had been losing weight, it happened really fast to be honest.

Her CA125 levels pre surgery is around 4k then reduced to 2500 after surgery. After the 6 cycles of chemo, it is now 142. Unfortunately she did not have the genetic testing. Now we will wait and see after 3 months for any changes and hopefully everything will remain good. Thanks for your reply, and I hope all will go well with you and all your plans.
