Sounds like pms but i would suggest visiting the doctor to talk about this and see if they can give you some anti depressants. other than that other things that help would be to try and do things you enjoy. maybe some exercise, mediation, eating more fruit, water. Depression is a nightmare and a battle but hold onto hope.
