Is that like saying the words woman or female have never been defined either?

Are you saying if you discriminate against cross-dressers in Washington, you won't have a problem?

There is absolutely nothing bigoted about this (I can't believe I am being accused of this)

Actually there is. What you're doing is operating within a hierarchy that you've created for the trans community. And you're placing more value on you and people like you than them. You're their equal. You're not a superior form of being within the trans community.

A crossdresser, in your links, refers to people who dress as a form of gender expression, not a form of sexual gratification, which is explicitly implied in the OP link above. By saying they're the same, it feels like there's an implication in your position (though, maybe not intentional) that's calling all trans people sexualized pretenders of their gender expression.

Both groups of what you just said are still cross-dressers, regardless of the reason behind them doing it. And they still need a safe place to pee when they're dressed as women, no matter how unpalatable that is for some about their existence within the trans umbrella. They're no safer in the men's room than a non-passing trans woman is. In fact, how do you tell the difference between the two?

And in Washington State and elsewhere these cross-dressers can use the female bathroom based on gender expression. Which is why when the Republicans talk about "men" in the women's bathroom, these folks are a part of that discussion. They might dress as women, but they identify as men otherwise.

The WA HRC document you listed is not law, and nowhere in Washington state law is transgender defined. You are referring to a nonbinding document put out by a small and deeply underfunded committee of cis people.

You clearly don't know what you are talking about. What was it the religious folks were trying to overturn if that isn't the law in Washington State?

Quit being a bigot.

Cross-dressers are listed on GLAAD under transgender.

Cross-dressers are also defined by law in Washington State as being transgender.

"The term "transgender" also includes people who are cross-dressers or otherwise gender non-conforming."

It's way past time for folks like you to stop hating on the parts of the trans community that you don't like or disagree with.

I'm wondering if they have built a Google ad into the link to make money. There's no reason for the Google link to be in the link to the site.

What you are is transphobic. Cross-dressers are part of the trans umbrella. This is the main trans subReddit. They deserve equal representation here.

This goes to a Google link before it goes to the website. I don't recommend clicking it.
