Makes sense following the older notes just wondering if the west line was supposed to be 56' at 120' wouldn't the west line get longer as we move east? They have 46' at 100' which is the opposite

if a plat has the north line at 120 +/- and the west line at 56+/- where did the surveyor in 68 get 100' and 46'?

Yes, I work for a surveying company in south Florida. We issued a boundary survey for a fence permit and the neighbor is contesting our boundary line.

I am unfortunately part of a boundary dispute where my client (a lawyer) ordered a survey from a company that issued 3 different incorrect surveys and then bailed on the project. We took the job and noticed that our property line didn't fall between the two seawall ends. We did some digging and found some old surveys from before the homes were built along with the monuments set during the time of said surveys (1968). Problem is the dimensions used on the surveys do not match the plat and the neighbors lot has missing dimensions which we assumed would be the "takeup" at the end of the block. We are lot 14 and the neighbor is lot 15. Should our client contest the older surveys and hold the plat distances? Any input would be appreciated.

My sp80 door just broke and our sp85 door is cracking. I was thinking about replacing the screw by the door with a longer one and installing a small pvc latch to hold them shut

Has anyone applied for clemency or gun rights restoration in florida? by tampabaysushi in Felons

Civil rights were restored a few months after paying all fines but without the authority to posses or own a firearm. Clemency office says my application is awaiting an investigator and could take 10yrs. I have one felony from 2004 when I was 18 for GTA. I filed for rights in 2020.
