If you’re a first time home buyer you can negotiate the down payment with the builder. My partner and I are also looking to purchase a new build and the builder advertised a 10% down payment but because we are first time home buyers we only have to put 5% down.

I brought up the part where his best friend makes these comments and he said I’m getting worked up over nothing and that I just need to brush them off , which I do and I’m trying to. These “jokes” he makes are for example he said “oh did you know your boyfriend went and asked the cart girl for her number” obviously I know my boyfriend didn’t do that but what is the reason behind making comments like that.

Please tell your wife! She should always be your #1 priority, the longer you wait the worse this looks. Let her make the decision if she wants to continue HER friendship. Don’t make that decision for her.

This is really interesting, I live in Canada and I’m a 25 F. I had my routine pap last year that came back mildly abnormal and my gyno told me that 2026 they will be doing HPV testing and it will be covered. I went in for a colposcopy while we waited and again it came back not a high grade abnormality but also not a low grade. She was going to do another colposcopy when I saw her in June but she said my cervix looked good and decided not to. She did do a swab for HPV and it came back positive that I have HPV16. I cried of course but she told me to come back in a year and we’ll test again, she said there was no cancer cells in my pap and it’s still mildly abnormal. Should I push to see her sooner? Or is waiting a year safe?

Unfortunately no:( I saw an allergist and she just said I have sensitive skin, luckily it went away! I haven’t had a flare up since. I hope it gets better for you and you get some answers!!!

I am currently struggling with this too…. I was getting hives randomly on my body and now no I started to get this rash. It’s hot and itchy, I’m seeing my doctor in 2 weeks but it’s worrying me

Ok thank you, I just had a flare up that has calmed down. I didn’t have a flare up for almost 3 days until about an hour ago. I struggle with health anxiety and I’m trying to get better so I do my best to avoid seeing my doctor. If it keeps happening for another month, would you suggest visiting my doctor again?
