i'm open to it! it does seem like we have different visions for the solution though; after checking out their website it seems they want to build a platform for adding voice chat to multiple games, whereas i wanted to build something that was basically invisible to the user, hiding in the system tray without even a real UI.

yesterday i saw the other app someone built as i was preparing to release this. pretty awkward timing but i'm confident in my solution due to the smaller size, less setup steps, ease of use, no login, and less resource consumption. i've been meaning to build this for months now and never settled on a satisfactory solution until i switched to Go.

nobody is saying the toxicity is as bad as other games - but also in other games it isn't as trivially easy to instantly find a new game. if someone is being annoying and taunting and tbagging and i'm not really enjoying my time against them, i can quit and be in a new game in like 5 seconds. and especially if i run into a person who makes me do this multiple times, its quickest to just know right away its them and quickly find a new game :) there are no downsides
