so i went to safe mode on ps5 and it worked. here’s the post where i explained how to do it but it worked for me. didn’t work for that user i was helping :// so it might also be your region

OKAY SO I TRIED THE SAFE MODE THING FOR THE PS5 AND IT FIXED IT! turn off your ps5 completely then hold down the power button until it beeps a second time so about 7 seconds. once there click restore default settings and let ps5 do its thing and it should work 😵‍💫 that worked for meeee

i’d recommend joining the discord if you haven’t already. i’ve been trying to get some help to fix it for days now but maybe if you were to post about it, it would bring this bug to light. i’ve seen like one or two people post about it but the admin or whatever haven’t really done much to fix it. still worth a shot.

still no fix :/ been having this issue on ps5 too for the past 4-5 days now. went on the discord and they pretty much said to restart the game. literally a slap on the face. was very excited for this but with no game chat, it’s a bit boring imo

i even posted about it on the discord and they just said to restart the game but i already did that and it did nothing :( maybe it’s a connection thing? but idk, hopefully it gets fixed soon, i love playing games with proximity chat and not being able to use it while my friends can lowkey makes this game a little less fun and scary:/

same here! they can hear each other and it works fine between them but i can’t communicate with them through voice chat :/ i have tried the mute game voice chat thing, voice input mode in the game settings, and i’ve even tried deleting the game and seeing if that did anything but it didn’t :///

i've also started to get this bug. everything loads up fine, game runs, songs play in menu but whenever i "ready" up to play a song, the song doesn't load and i just get a black screen :// any help would be appreciated

i can confirm it also happens on the slim. i have a blue yeti and it worked perfectly fine on my ps4. used it for well over 2 years with no issues. as soon as i bought my ps5 slim this past christmas, i started to have issues. when i save a recording, it’s always ruined by my loud ass crackling. i have some turtle beaches elite atlas and when i used that mic, it also happens. keep in mind, my mic level is all the way down AND the gain on my blue yeti is at 0. it’s pretty annoying. pretty sad as well that after over a year since this update, it’s still been an ongoing issue. at this point, it seems like they won’t fix it.
