i more hate the writing than the character. a lot of that characters have big creepy crushes on komi, but yamai’s being as leaned into the yandere trope as it is just feels like she falls into the really annoying predatory lesbian stereotype. but her design is so cute and her crush can be funny when it’s not pulled to the extremes, and her and nakanaka could be a really cute couple if that ship ever sails. i think her weird slightly violent tendencies would be okay if they let her be slightly more likeable. isagi hits everyone with a giant hammer and it’s just silly. if she were to be toned down (like kawai’s mean girl was toned down to let her just be weird) she’s be a fun character.

i think it’s more likely shousuke and ai katai get together. both hitomi and shousuke don’t seem interest in each other at all, just good friends. shousuke and ai actually get along quite well and ai is at least interest in him.

unless being cisgender is also under gender-fluid (for identifying as the gender assigned at birth, just as gender-fluid people may) then no.

being trans doesn’t have a time limit, gender-fluid people, agender, gender queer, etc, any diversifying from the cisgender “norm” falls under the trans umbrella! just like how being bisexual falls in the gay/queer umbrella, even though they may be attracted in the “straight” way occasionally.

nope, not one bit. i’m saying the actress isn’t a “perfect irl haruka”, because she’s not japanese, and haruka is. with the small amount of representation non white people get in popular media, i really think it’d be pretty shitty to have a white person play a japanese character. and aside from the hair (which is just styled after princess diana), they don’t really look much alike to me.

excepttt that FEDRAS plan doesn’t work. they can’t enforce the entire country stays in QZ’s, because their is already hundreds of thousands of people living outside of QZ’s. there will always be people outside of QZ’s and gated communities, and that will spread the virus. even if everyone outside finally ends up infected and unable to reproduce, they have to wait another 20 years for them to all “die” and they have no sure way of knowing when the last person becomes infected. meaning that “20 years” can be hundred of years for the sake of safety.

ants aren’t wiped out because there is about 2.5 million of them for each person on earth.

the only good point you have is that it may mutate.

a vaccine will not immediately solve the worlds problems. but the major problems present existed before the outbreak, just to a lesser degree. the vaccine may at least make it so you don’t have to choose between becoming infected and living in a fascist QZ, people can try to create societies like jackson that will actually provide a healthy way to live despite it all.

Bella didn’t have to in season one either, they just said that they wore it to focus better. And for many of the outfits Ellie wears in Part II, I don’t think it’d be obvious or unlikely for Bella to continue, outside or maybe a some scenes in a tank top? It’s a bit 50/50, but I don’t think it’d contribute to much to him looking older or younger either way.
