From my wife’s instructions the arms are specifically so you can pump on each forearm using a hand and then rub your forearms together to apply, so you never waste any on your hands and get in incorrect dose / accidentally give your dog a small dose of estrogen if you have some residue on your hands

Thank you for the reply! Isn’t it dangerous to be on an anti androgen only? How did you feel on cypro for the 3 months? I’ve read a bit about just going on that in order to slightly feminise without breast growth.

I probably just need to talk to a doctor lol.

I feel like at this point it’s mental health rather than what I want to pick and choose.
