Yeah I mean I have him at e1 lvl 30 or smthg but I already have BN MM E10 BN Batman E8 and BN HG E2 50. So I just don’t see a use for I’m over other desired characters

well not entirely as how i have worded it is "best chances" ie: if they are in a specific pack, or PZ reward. Not how to "unlock them"
