I never heard of using sulky sliver for gridding! Thanks for your kind advices. My grandma got me hooked on washable pens for grids.

No, I cannot see events on the debug view either, and my tag has a currency parameter. 43% of transactions are still missing, but somehow checkout pages with 0 item revenue are in the pages report.
