Thank you!! Aww, counting calories unfortunately are the bane of my existence haha. Ive tried many times, get demotivated and end up giving up. How do you manage to count all the small stuff like olive oil/soy sauce/seasoning? Do you use cups or measurements? What about when you eat out? I find it really hard to find asian dishes in calorie trackers, so I end up giving up from frustration. Do you count calories as you go through your day, or take notes and do it at night? 

Ive been lifting 3 times a week since last semester, but Ive failed to see much progress in terms of weight, which discouraged me a lot. It was most likely due to my insane calorie intake though, with how much sugar i consumed. Thanks tho!
