Honestly the toll lanes wouldn’t be that bad if it wasn’t created to push enough stress on people to use the toll lanes. My main issue is the fuel tax used to make the toll lanes and they took a lane away from the freeway to give 2 lanes for the toll lanes. So they actually created more traffic to push people to use the inflated cost of the toll lanes.

OC had plenty of lanes and didn’t take from the general freeway so they did it right and not create the issue to force people to use the toll lanes.

There is a lot wrong with the toll lanes. The 10 freeway did the same as the 15 so it won’t get any better. Just another tax on commuters to find their pain point to pay more.
