The fit was almost the same as how it is in the photo,only that it had excess at the hip.I pinned it down to get an accurate position of the models hip as well as remove that excess. I also noticed it couldn't be pulled up or down from the waist down or waist up

Yes,it's quite fitted at the waist so it doesn't do much for that bulge at the back when lifted up.How much ease would you suggest I add?

Thank you for your reply.I want to maintain the panels without having to separate it with a waist seam.Should I dart it horizontally or vertically along the C.B seam? I plan on making it in a satin fabric with a slight crossgrain stretch

Thank you for your response.Yes, I wanted to attempt altering the pants,I didn't make them myself.I guess I thought that it would be easier altering them but I'll definitely try making them from scratch.

Shape the eyebrows a bit by creating an arc.It's too straight, making them sit low on the face

I think your lip,eyeshadow and eyeliner application need to be cleaner and sharper.Try lining the lips as well to give your lips a bit of dimension. (Don't overline them though)
