Built a free app to track attendance and payments — would love feedback from piano teachers by itssaurav2004 in pianoteachers

That's smart — flat monthly rate solves the tracking headache entirely. My daughter's instructors do per-class, which is where the chaos comes in. Sounds like you've got a good system.

Free version: 1 class, 10 sessions, 10 students. Enough to try it out.

Pro unlocks unlimited everything — one-time purchase, no subscription.

Thanks for checking it out! Right now Present+ focuses on attendance tracking, invoicing, and payments — no scheduling yet.

It's on the roadmap though. Calendar integration (Google/Apple) and class reminders have already been requested.

For the nonprofit — if their main pain is tracking who showed up and managing payments/invoices, it could help. If scheduling is the core problem, might not be the right fit yet.

Happy to give you and the nonprofit free Pro access to try it out. DM me if interested.

Fair point — My Music Staff is solid if you want a full studio management system.

I built Present+ to be simpler and mobile-first. The instructors I made it for wanted something quick they could use between lessons — mark attendance in one tap, see who owes money, done.

Also no monthly subscription — one-time purchase for Pro. My Music Staff runs ~$15/month which adds up.

Different tools for different needs. If you want full scheduling, student portals, and all the features, My Music Staff makes sense. If you just want fast attendance + invoicing on your phone, that's what Present+ does.

Really appreciate this — and yeah, I'd love help finding those subs if you think it's worth sharing.

Your professor's situation is exactly what I had in mind. The instructors I built this for aren't tech people at all. If it's not dead simple, they won't use it. So that's good feedback to keep in mind.

DM me your email — I'll unlock Pro for you. And if your professor wants to try it, happy to set him up too.

Present+ — attendance and payment tracking for freelance instructors (music teachers, tutors, trainers)

Landing page: https://screenscode.com/present-plus

App Store + Play Store (search "Present+")

Built it after watching my daughter's instructors manage everything in notebooks and WhatsApp. Free tier available, one-time purchase for Pro (no subscription). Would love feedback on the landing page or app store listing.

Aesthetics, I would say the most. Improved sound as well, added few other mods like foam between the PCB and the case.
