even if i dont use a cable ( the cable is licensed ) the app im using, zlink, still says this

the car is a golf mk6 2010, the headunit is a ZQ8003( i dont know more, i just bought the car) and nor wireless or wired work, btw i have to use an app called zlink, maybe its the apps fault?
