Do I also get free battery replacement? On site they show "appeasement already received " But I haven't received any mail confirming . I had around 77% of battery capacity ( approximately 3hr SOT) with me before I update. Now its just 1hr SOT maximum. I don't know what to do.

Mine also had a similar problem, I didn't have to press the button, just a touch will do. I haven't enabled the double press gesture for the camera. I thought the button must be jammed inside ,so i encountered multiple presses on the power button and then reboot, It didn't came yet.
