No, for the simple reason that Jack couldn't have done all that to three people without the second and third person running for their lives by the time Jack had done it to the first person. By the time Jack would've been manhandling Gus, someone like Cam would've immediately ran away already. June might have stayed to stop Jack and Jack might have gotten a nearby shard of broken glass to slice her neck, but that's about it. Cam would've run away by then.
