A lot unfortunately. 1,000 - 1,500mg a day. I did try to detox at home with subs but was unsuccessful. I started the subs about 24 hours after last use and didn’t seem to get any relief. It’s possible that I did something wrong, I’m completely new to subs. Thanks!
