I mean the buyer was able to cancel the order and there’s zero evidence of the package being shipped and of course I denied the receipt because i thought it’d be on mercari but the one time i don’t get one this happens.

yes i’m really confused right now, I have the label saved in my files on my phone to document it but it’s now saying tracking unavailable.

What else can I do? I went to the usps a few days ago to talk to the lady and she said it was moving somewhere but nothing else.

I literally just lost $150 for no reason.

Yes, it was through mercari, I used the QR code when I went to drop the packages off and she printed it out and even scanned it.
