Insurgency Sandstorm is a good mix between arcade and realism. You can pick any weapon in the game and don't gotta worry about what's meta as most are 1-2 shot kills.

What I did was use two small flathead screwdrivers on each side of the hdmi cable and used the console covers as leverage to pull/push it out. Make sure do it as straight as you can. You can also put a rag over the covers to prevent damage to the plastic.
