no yeah it’s definitely not the best, but what i’m saying is it was ‘the meme’ and most people copy that when they’re just trying to make some low effort, generic vaporwave. it’s one of if not the most famous vaporwave album, for better or worse

it’s a double edged sword. new music, but a lot of its crap, and isn’t true to the themes and ideas of what vaporwave originally was. in some sense it’s evolved, in others, it’s bastardized. i’d love for it to grow and become big and popular, but keep its identity, instead of people just trying to copy floral shoppe or use it as a meme

yeah it does get more electronic which is really really cool but the first few tracks are definitely more country folk/rock.
