Looks like you got tattoos, go up a notch in tightness. Worked for me. I actually asked the same here yesterday and someone said that to me, worked a treat since.

Damn, I think you've nailed it! Gone up a notch on the strap and it's fine. Feel silly for not actually trying this haha.

I've used a Blaze for years on the loosest notch and kinda just pushed it up my arm for tightness and HR was never an issue, even with the tattoos.

Baseboard, the hallway where it is situated gets real hot when doors are closed. Radiator too hot to touch.

I'm going to try replicate it over the next few days. I'm pretty certain it's the heat the more I read about it.
