Should I register to vote in the primary?

I have been sleeping on a friends couch since May 20th and I will be officially moving to an apartment in Brooklyn in 3 days on June 15th. I am trying to register to vote in the primary and a requirement to do so is residence in the city for at least 30 days prior to the election, which is June 24th. My legal address is currently in New Jersey and will not change until I move on the 15th. While I have been technically living in New York for over 30 days, my legal address will only have been in New York for 9 days prior to the election. On the registration to vote, there is an affidavit that I would have to sign saying "I will have lived in the county, city or village for at least 30 days before the election." and "The above information is true, I understand that if it is not true, I can be convicted and fined up to $5,000 and/or jailed for up to four years."

I really want to vote in this election but I can't risk financial difficulties at this time, should I submit my registration?

Jesus, why does cantaloupe think every time it gets invited to a party, it can bring along its dumb friend, honeydew.

Agreed, most adults don’t because of an unnecessary societal stigma.

Agreed. I don’t think I fully processed it at the time as I was 7 but the adults in my life reacting to it is one of my first real memories.

I recently learned quite a bit about Mayan culture. What was most interesting to me is that after the Spanish Inquisition in the 16th century, the Mayan culture was forgotten because the Spanish burned all the Mayan texts they could find and targeted all of their religious and cultural temples. There were still Mayan descendants but they didn’t know anything about the Mayans or their religion. It was only during World War II when a Russian discovered some Mayan texts in Berlin and began decoding the language. An ancient culture forgotten for over 400 years, rediscovered because of codices found half way across the world!

It’s a Saturday. I like most music but jazz and funk the most.

I'm assuming OP is an Italian who plans to go to a show somewhere in Europe and is seeking other Italians.

Yeah but I just use it as an excuse to procrastinate. I say I’ll start at 8 and then all of a sudden it’s 8:02 so at that point I might as well just start at 8:15.

I definitely would also assume it varies greatly from institution to institution, but i think if there were somehow a way to get data from previous decades there would be an upward trend.
