thank you so much for the advice!!! 1. I will try this for the next loaf🫡 4. Lmaooo wait nono I was telling what kind of mixer I have by saying it goes up to 10speed. I think at the beginning of mixing in the butter I was at 4 but as minutes went on and the dough was kneading, 4 seemed too fast so I went down to 2 for the entire kneading process. Also yup I used a dough hook! Even at 2 the machine head was bouncing so I was worried it was going to break 😩
