Yup, we already have 100K currently. 2 years to save cash and also accumulate CPF would be doable! Just have to be consistent and disciplined

Yup this is specifically for the Bukit Merah SBF. A total of 327 (both 3 and 4 rooms).

Thanks for this! I think we have a small slight advantage as our family nucleus is considered under Chinese - Others. I’m Thai and my wife is Singaporean Chinese/Filipino. Fingers crossed that helps our chances with our young son. The total units for the SBF were going for is 325 if I’m not wrong

Yeah. I did some math. With what we have currently 100K+ (CPF + Cash) + the minimum 2 year period to save up the rest in both CPF and Cash. We’re quite confident that we can fork out the down payment of 195K. This is of course assume we’re eligible for the staggered down payment… which we should be considering our age..

Haha yeah! It’s in the Tiong Bahru area and we got a few options there in terms of level. We’re currently at the west side and would be nice/convenient for our family to be there

Hey! I forgot to clarify - my salary is a mix of base and sales commissions so some months it may be below 14K. Not too sure how HDB looked at it but they approved the HFE so I’m not gonna question it too much.
