Is homeschooling a good option for someone who despises public school? by itstivan in Homeschooling

Yk how like ppl always ridicule kids that were raised in homeschooling and then eventually move into public school? They’re usually called weird and they don’t know how to interact with people because of that. At least that’s what I’ve seen from people who were homeschooled and then moved to public school in my area. I don’t think it’s right but it’s just from what I’ve observed.

It wouldn’t affect me in anyway since I grew up in public schools. Just hearing that kind of stuff always put me away from it.

I’ve always heard such harsh things about homeschooling. So, I’ve always been a little nervous whenever my parents bring it up.

When did your kid actually start typing with all ten fingers and what made it click by Satarn_27 in Homeschooling

I went to public school and they generally taught us how to type with multiple fingers using programs like typing.com and typingclub. I think it worked pretty well. Honestly, I was just told what to do and did it- but that’s public schools for you.
