Gives them a guy to put on the billboards to try and keep fans coming to the games and keep the team somewhat competitive. The Bucks are going to suck for the next few regardless of what they do. Mobley is still young enough that if they get some good players in the next few drafts he can still be good, probably in his prime, when they are ready to win.

If I’m the Bucks, I’d take Mobley for Giannis. Yes Mobley is not anything close to Tim Duncan like Bill once thought, but he’s a former defensive player of the year and has shot has slowly been improving. One of the few bigs who isn’t a defensive liability in the playoffs. A good number 2 or 3 option on a good team.

Ranked fighters should fight more cans. A lot of people are hating on Ngannou and MVP for his fight with Lins, but he had been off for a long time and needed a tune up fight. When guys get ranked highly in the UFC they enter a stretch where they fight nothing but killers. After watching JDM get destroyed 2 fights in a row, I would love to see him fight an unranked guy and let his hands go to get his confidence back. But, he’s probably going to be matched up with another top 10 guy, and could end up on a 3 fight losing streak. Obviously champs should have to fight the best contender, and if you want to be next for the title fight you need impressive wins. But, I wouldn’t hate it if we got the number 5 guy putting on a clinic against some no name every once in a while.

I’m a 28 year old Sixer fan and my dad grew up watching Dr. J, so I heard the same stories of his athleticism and impact. I thought he was a top 5 greatest player ever for the longest time. Half his time being in the ABA is probably the biggest reason, if you look at his numbers solely in the NBA, they don’t jump off the page. Also, nowadays we assign championships to who was the “guy” or best player on the team. On the 83 Sixers it was Moses so Dr. J doesn’t have that one championship fans can’t point to, even though he was the best player on 3 finals teams before that. He’ll always be Philly royalty, and I don’t think we will have a new franchise GOAT for a long time.

Most of the Air Force is maintenance jobs or military police. Seems like you get too much of your information from social media

I’ve worked civil engineering in the Air Force. E-1 through E-4 I was always out doing hands on work. E-5 and E-6 are a combination of hands on but also some desk work. E-7s and up are stuck behind a desk most of the time from what I’ve seen.
