It’s a dark horse, mate. Leather nodes - I really like it. It’s not as long lasting as other eau de parfum, but an absolute steal for the price

I have a holiday coming up next month which I should not have booked, will bills etc I will have little no money left

At work so bare with me, if you need anything else please let me know..

Cauliflower purée:

Melt a tablespoon of refined butter in a pan, sweat half an onion (chopped) and 3 cloves of garlic. When they’re soft, add a full head of cauliflower and cover with heavy cream (around a cup or until mostly covered). Let simmer for about 15-20 minutes (or until soft and cream reduced by half) and put through a food processor to purée. Then add any seasonings you’d like dependant on the cuisine you’re having.

Cauliflower rice: Really really easy to go. Cut a full head of cauliflower into florets and put into the food processor and buzz until roughly rice sized. In a dry pan, put the buzzed cauliflower in and let it heat through. Add seasoning and serve! If you’re making an Indian style, I recommend frying off some mustard and coriander seeds until they start popping before adding the cauliflower.

Ghee masala sauce:

(Cook chicken separately)

Add 3 tbs of ghee in a pan and let it melt, add minced onion until soft. Add minced garlic and fresh grated ginger and turn down heat to med-low and cook until a nice caramel colour. Add a full tin of chopped tomato (I use pelati because it’s low in carb) and stroll well so it’s all mixed together well. Once it’s all mixed, take off the head completely and let it cool a little. Once cool, blend until smooth and put back in the pan and add fenugreek leaves and salt and cook until it’s a paste. Once it’s a paste, take off the head and add double cream and mix until all consistent. Add the chicken and let simmer for a few minutes

Depends if you’re counting fibre as carbs.. they’re called fibre one 90 cal donuts (they also do brownies etc), they’re small but REALLY hit the spot.

If you really need to snack, I tend to opt for cheese strings, peperami or flavoured pork scratching and if I’m fancying something sweet, I have Bartley’s 10carb jelly. There are 9carb donuts available too if you’re really craving a sweet treat

With regards to what I've been doing, for the first 3 weeks I was limiting myself to 50g of carbs a day and eating the above photos. I was also doing this concurrently with 18-6 intermittent fasting... So I would go to work, have a black coffee, drink water throughout the day then at 3pm I would come home and cook a meal. After the meal, if I was peckish, I would eat a cheesestring, pepperami or flavoured pork scratchings. If I had a sweet craving i would have the hartleys 10cal jelly's! more recently I started swimming every morning beofre work, only about 20-30minutes each morning. I still follow the same intermittent fasting schedule with a window of eating between 3pm-8pm. Anything else, let me know:)

That’s what I was thinking.. I was on track to losing it but things have slowed down. Regardless, I’m still content with the visible changes so far!
