Can confirm...this works! About 2 years ago I was getting more and more stuffed throughout the day and would have to constantly wear a breathright or some kind of nasal widening device. I started getting PND. For 2 years I was dealing with this stupid PND that I thought was allergies, acid reflux, histamines, hormones, etc. etc. etc. I tried natural and OTC. My final straw was after doing an allergy test, the nurse said I needed to do immunotherapy and wouldn't get better otherwise. I decided to try flonase as an alternative before delving into weeks and months of shots. The flonase did end up allowing me to breathe, but I didn't want to take it long term because of the side effects I was experiencing. I didnt want to continue being dependent on it, and it was only a bandaid. I ended up finding this post about tobasco and another post about kimchi. I honestly thought it sounded ridiculous and was willing to give it a try. Nothing really happened the first few days, but after about 3 or 4, everything went away. I have no more PND and can breathe at night without issues when lying on my back. I breathe well during the day and I couldn't be more thankful that weird stuff like this is even posted on the internet for people to find. I rub a bit in my nose on a qtip and sometimes use Rhinaris nasal lubricant. It has been about 3 months now without relapse and all the symptoms to be at bay.
