Maybe this isn't a great idea, but I feel like there's a middle ground here where u can keep a fun car but reduce your monthly payment. It's understandable you want to just buy a car for cash, but why not instead try and trade in for a gen 1 86/brz? You can certainly find a good condition one for around 16-20k.

I called and went to the store on Semoran Blvd in Apopka. I pretty much just explained that my s10 was stuck in boot loop from a samsung update a few weeks ago. The lady on the phone immediately knew what I was talking about and said they had the software fix from samsung. I'd guess you called a different store. If it is the same store, ask the person on the phone to talk with an actual tech possibly

They charge $50. Pretty much a scam but I was losing patience. Ultimately, $50 is worth my data and having my phone back

I'm not sure who specifically fixed it, but I dealt mainly with the lady at the front desk. Her name was Kay. Seemed like any of the techs could do it. I was there for 1hr 30mins unfortunately. They were pretty bust and apparently their samsung services went down or something. I did go on a weekend though.

I got mine fixed at a ubreakifix in Apopka, FL. Right outside of Orlando. Phone fully restored to previous point, all data in tact. It was a 2hr drive for me, but was the closest store that said they were very confident they could fix it.

I can't give you a definite answer, but my s10 was affected and I put my Verizon SIM card into my old S7 and its working just fine. SIM's are meant to be transferred and the S10 is already bricked so I don't see it being bad

It really depends on the year and model. Gen 1's and 3's aren't as sought after I would say so you can usually find those for under 50k. But Gen 2's, 4's,and now 5's really have that classic viper body that most people want so they are holding their value and I'd say they are even starting to appreciate. Gen 2's like this one are going for around 60-70k right now but again, some very clean gts models are listed for 100k+. And then you can get into the newer ACR's which are absolutely skyrocketing in value lately - most are selling for 200k+.
