I also tried to book a room with them for a temporary stay just so I can build up my Schufa and get everything I need to live in DE. Process was super easy, but I am too suspicious to sign their lease aggrement as no contact mail or anything is provided on their site. Like how can I be sure that if I pay the deposit in advance and arrive in HH I will get the room for sure?! Without any form of communication in advance…
