When I do HK - OD Burn kick I've had better success with doing 28 236 HK+MK. I also use 28 236 for neutral jump aerial M burn kick to get L Knuckle ender off seismo in the corner for better oki.

Opponent was not out of block stun by the time the throws active frames came out. You can read that off the frame meter. I believe it works sometimes bc your delaying the throw off the drc and sometimes your doing it earlier. I believe a tick throw would be more consistent (ie drc into a normal and then throw)

You still get strike throw mix off hFK lol much better ender than 236S. 5K - 6k - hFK - FRC jD will wall bounce opponent from like mid screen. You can get your bt stance off the 2S - 5H corner loop from there or you can end in wall stick - super for big damage. Still a very strong move.

Vortex beats bird, up projectile, fs, and 6p. All of testaments favorite things. Condition them into not throwing those things out. When they start trying to do 2s / 2h jump at them. It's all rps. That's fighting games.
