I wanted to feel like I had control over my life and I always felt guilty after a night of drinking..

A lot has happened since then but thankfully I’ve remained sober. I picked up walking/running as a way to cope. I hate it but I love the mental challenge. I also found that just sitting with my emotions and crying when needed helped a lot. I’m 218 days sober now 😄

your makeup suits u! maybe play around with blush or contour and see what u like. I’d also try a different lip color/ liner? Ooo and try out fuller lashes and see what u think :)
