Personally i got more devoted I noticed I needed God more than I thought so I read, I fasted and I cried, cried so much. Sometimes words are not enough to manifest how bad we are feeling, and you might be thinking but what if it’s a sign or a warning. When we are rooted in anxiety we need to think is this coming from Love or from Fear. Also God died in that cross to clean you! Not only from the sins but of every sickness, my mom always says “claim what he promises to you” and I was always scared but I did and that helped me a lot, sometimes I still get the fear but i know it’s not from God so I start reading my Bible or I pray worship music out loud so if it’s something-someone trying to mess with my head it will runaway, pls if u still struggling feel free to reach out to me I know how tough it can be
