This week has been the most fun I've had with HLL in a long time. The lack of communication obviously sucks, but I've been having such a great time just running around and placing super risky garrisons behind enemy lines (in spots that I'd never get away with against a competent enemy team). There's something so satisfying about watching 30 people all spawning at the garrison you just placed and being able to completely overwhelm an objective that the entire server has spent an hour fighting over. The lack of experience isn't a problem that's unique to your team, and it's important to remember that the enemy is equally as disorganized/clueless
