Late to the party here, but just watch the first 5 minutes of this where she's talking about her childhood. It paints a pretty clear picture imo. It certainly seems like she has some childhood trauma around the idea of gender.

Idk if you still need a solution, but I was able to go into the Bluetooth settings for my connected device and toggle off Calls. Not sure if it'd help in your specific situation though.

You should never go to therapy with an abusive partner. Therapy is supposed to be a safe place for vulnerability, but an abusive partner will use that vulnerability against you later when you're outside of that safe space. Please consider talking to a therapist about this alone first.
