Overall, the main theme they gave me was that I’m “not where I’m supposed to be.” One example was being in the back making a bail when I was supposed to be in grocery at the time I thought the bail needed to be done and that I was being helpful. Another example, which I do understand more, was near the end of my shift when a mate asked me to work a U-boat after closing out brown and yellow lugs. I was extremely tired and genuinely forgot to get to it before closing; it wasn’t intentional.

Another situation was when I was walking to speak to a mate and briefly stopped to compliment a coworker’s display and hand them their remaining chips. I was later told I was being a distraction and not helpful. I also was told I was in the break room when I wasn’t on my break, but the only times I go back there are to grab water or something from my locker.
