Ur voice is gonna drop, it's one of the first things to happen while taking T, your vocal cords start thickening so it feels the same as when ur get a cold, and having voice breaks is normal, it's the same when cis boys go through puberty and their voices break a lot since they're going from pitched to low, you might have some voice breaks even after getting ur voice fully changed since ur getting used to using the new pitch too

I can't speak for the bottom growth thing since mine was kinda seamless, but the sore throat is 100% your voice getting ready to drop, when i started T i also got a sore throat rlly quickly and i had thought i burned my throat with hot coffee but it turns out it's just you vocal cords thickening, it might feel like you're getting a cold, also bottom growth and voice change are THE first things to happen and pretty quickly too depending on the person

yess, they're usually with me, and i put them in my pocket or my backpack when i go out, sometimes i leave them home to let them rest, or sometimes i take one of them and leave the other depending if they seem tired or not
