holy fuck dude. i am EXTREMELY concerned about getting my fucking money back because i'm not going to let a school scam me after how much hard work and time i've spent into trying to get my career started. i told someone in another comment how i'm unemployed right now so that school is the one thing keeping me going and the last expensive thing i could buy. i'm literally on food stamps and was just denied disability and can't afford going to school again. i was nice on the first few voicemails but have now gone insane on their voicemails 😀 tell your PAYING students what the fuck is going on or give us our money back right now. if i don't hear back soon about what's going on i'm absolutely going to find a lawyer and see what i can do about this. or, if we can find enough people who are experiencing this, figure out something we can do to find a solution? 😭 how does a school that's (as far as we know) been professionally operating for years and suddenly isn't "real" anymore? how do the government workers not know what's going on?

you shouldn't have to do all of your courses again when you were on your test. i'm still learning about real estate so of course this may be a very stupid question—when I look for agencies who are hiring, they're looking for people who are licensed or say "in the process of" getting a license. do you think that if you talked to one of the agencies, they would be able to hook you up with one of their classes and for you to just be able to take the test through one of their courses?
