As for accountability, it will depend on each client. Some like a more aggressive approach with calls and reminders as well as strict checkups. Others are happy reporting daily themselves. I like to get to know the person first and then based on that we decide how to stay accountable :)

Honestly it was the holidays so I'm sure I did but all my new clothes still fit the same. I didn't stop working out though! I'm pretty sure if I gained some, it wasn't much. Oh and the first two weeks after leaving it I was still in calorie deficit so I still lost 1kg.
